We kindly ask our guests to read the house rules carefully and to abide by them during their stay in the apartment.

Check-in 15:00 check-out 11:00 (negotiable)

Guests are entitled to:

  1. Use the apartment and all its equipment and facilities
  2. Use wifi (included in the rental fee)
  3. Use the swimming pool (08:00-23:00) and the area around the pool following the urbanisation’s regulations;  food, drinks, smoking and inflatables are not allowed at the pool

It is not allowed to:

  1. Smoke in the apartment
  2. Bring in animals of any kind or size in the apartment
  3. Have parties or events in the apartment or introduce persons not registered as house guests to stay overnight
  4. Take items, inventory and equipment outside the apartment, (for example take bathroom towels or other linen to the pool or beach)

We expect our guests to use our property as “a good family man”. The property must be left in the condition in which it was found on arrival and things must be used as they should be. This means:

  1. When you leave the apartment: switch off electrical appliances (TV, airco, etc) and switch on the alarm.
  2. Be careful for the draft when you open/close doors and windows. Please take special care of the curtains.
  3. Use the tablecloth when eating inside to avoid stains from wine, fruitjuice aso (the table is very porous) and use the plaid in the sofa for the same reason
  4. Remove garbage daily to prevent ants and other insects. There are waste containers outside on the street
  5. To respect quiet times between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am and not to disturb the residents and other guests. We live in a quiet residential area.
  6. To close windows and doors when the airco is on and put off airco when leaving the apartment: electricity bills are huge! In case of excessive use we have to charge extra costs. To save costs, it is recommended to turn on the air conditioner 30 minutes before going to bed, and turn it off at night.
  7. In the garden there is an irrigation system installed automatically with a timer. Please do not touch the system.
  8. At the day of departure, please remove all rubbish and glass bottles and take it to the municipal containers, leave no perishable food behind, empty the refrigerator and freezer. All washing up is done by the tenant.
  9. In case of damage or disappearance of items or in case of costs resulting from non-respect of the rules above we have the right to deduct costs from the rental deposit. Extra cleaning will generate an extra fee of 100€. Damages or missing items that surpass the deposit will be charged to the guest.
