Betalingsvoorwaarden
De reservatie is bevestigd na storting van 30% van het totale huurbedrag. De resterende som (70%) + waarborg (400 euro voor verblijf 14 dagen; 600 euro voor langer verblijf)+ kosten eindschoonmaak (100 euro) wordt ten laatste 6 weken voor de start van de verhuurperiode gestort.
Bij een lastminute reservatie minder dan 1 maand voor de verhuurperiode dient het volledige bedrag gestort te worden.
Normaal elektriciteit- en waterverbruik zijn inclusief. Bij extreme vervuiling of overmatig energieverbruik houden wij ons het recht voor om extra schoonmaak- en/of energiekosten te verrekenen met de borgsom.
De vermelde prijzen en waarborg zijn voor een minimum verblijf van 3 nachten. Voor lange termijn van meer dan 4 weken tot max 6 maanden vanaf november t/m april : prijs op aanvraag. Mail ons voor lastminute kortingen.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden
- Annulering tot 42 kalenderdagen vóór de aankomstdatum : 30% van de totale huurprijs.
- Annulering vanaf de 42ste kalenderdag (inclusief) tot de 28e kalenderdag (exclusief) vóór de aankomstdatum : 50% van de totale huurprijs.
- Annulering vanaf de 28e kalenderdag (inclusief) tot de 7e kalenderdag (exclusief) voor de aankomstdatum: 90% van de totale huurprijs.
- Annulering vanaf de 7e kalenderdag (inclusief) tot de aankomstdatum: 100% van de totale huurprijs.
Terms of payment
The reservation is confirmed after payment of 30% of the total rental amount. The remaining sum (70%) + deposit (400 euro for stays of 14 days; 600 euro for longer stays) + costs for final cleaning (100 euro) will be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
In case of a last minute reservation less than 1 month before the rental period, the full amount has to be paid.
Normal electricity and water consumption are inclusive. In case of extreme pollution or excessive energy consumption, we reserve the right to deduct additional cleaning and/or energy costs from the deposit.
The prices are for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For long term stays of more than 4 weeks to max 6 months from November to April : price on request. Mail us for last minute discounts.
Cancellation terms
- Cancellation up to 42 calendar days before the arrival date : 30% of the total rental price.
- Cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date : 50% of the total rental price.
- Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) to the 7th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 90% of the total rental price.
- Cancellation from the 7th calendar day (inclusive) to the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price.
